CERTIFICATES
Certificates for any exams, courses or qualifications taken at Gibraltar College are retained for a minimum of ten years.
Certificates can be collected from Reception on weekdays between 09:00 and 15:30 (or 14:00 during Summer Hours).
Proof of identity is required for collection. A Letter of Authority is also required if collecting on someone's behalf.
All unclaimed certificates issued before September 2015 are currently in the process of being destroyed. However, records are being kept of all certificates destroyed - if you wish to trace a certificate from before that date, please contact us.
Certificates issued after September 2015 are retained at the College.
